Jesus I find it alarming that our club doesn't generate enough money to buy a player and that the only way we get to buy 1 is through that fat t**ts say so !!

If NUFC has x in the bank then we should be able spend a % of that surely ?

its the clubs money not FMA ? (Im not a business man if you haven guessed)

Benitez again told he has to sell to buy, but would be interesting to know how much we could raise with some of the players Rafa clearly does not want, they all appear surplus to requirements save for maybe diame, in mitros case a loan somewhere to help pay his 50k a week wages unless someone offers us somewhere in the region of ?10m for him which i doubt, his value now is probably ?7m which is half of what he cost us. such a bad signing when you think about it.

To sell them all I get around ?30m, Colback ?3m, Diame ?3m, Mitro ?7m, Aarons ?3m, Mbemba ?9m, Saivet ?5m.

Throw Shelvey in there's another ?9m.

So around ?40m for 7 players and then try and replace them with better quality, not easy but that's basically what he is being asked to do with the takeover dragging on probably into February now.

Makes you wonder if he's serious about selling. AS has told him to give Rafa money and she will repay it.

This sale had better go through.

If I said I?ll buy your house for less than you value it and in meantime want you to put new kitchen in at your cost which I?ll repay - would you do it?

I think he wants to sell - but wants his price or as close to it as he can get.
She wants to buy it but at her valuation and assurance clauses

Unless they can come to quick agreement between the above then we won?t see a penny spent this month

He's already made more out of the club than he's spent and he wants more than its worth.

Sell and f**k off you greedy fat clown.

Ashley bought a nice house with massive potential.
but he's done nothing but degrade and devalue it for 11years.
the price has gone up only because of market forces - house prices, football only goes up but he's done nothing to improve it so its not worth what it should be or what he wants..
its sell to the interested party he's lucky to have offering a ballpark figure or continue to devalue it indefinitely and true value to decline indefinitely with it.

He is literally singlehandedly holding this entire city to ransom. You have to wonder if there'll ever be a more hated individual for Toon fans.

Ivan Toney returned from his loan at Wigan. This could be it for the Jan window.

Rafa saw this coming, hence the 20th

the bloke knows the craic with this kunt, he will be away regardless at the end of the season, we don't deserve him at times.

How do the 'better the devil you know' crowd feel now?
in a relegation battle and we all have the nagging feeling that not only will we not strengthen when all the rest will, but we may even weaken.
it gets worse than this???!!!??
