can see the point of this approach away from home, but at st. james', it's shocking negativity. Looks like rafa and hughton shook hands on a draw pre-game

bournemouth winning
swansea winning

AWFULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!

Rafa is so negative
If he gets funds he will buy 2 defensive kids and a keeper
1 point from six against Brighton... How s*** are we

Between Murphy and joselu we could have bought a half decent player

Well done the lads!!
We have stopped the rot by not being beaten at home after a poor run of 5 home defeats!

wont be able to attract anyone decent in the window, so dont get your hopes up. no offensively decent player would want to play for rafa anyway.

horrible day for us. thought we'd nick this and be on 21 points, with swansea, stoke and bournemouth losing.

Less possession
Less shots on target
Less corners
At home to Brighton...

What a shower of s***

Shocking - the lack of quality all over the pitch today was clear to see on both teams

I?m off for a well earned strong drink after sitting through that

I said before this game, a minimum of 7 points were needed out of the next 3 games, still on course for that but i thought one of the wins would come against Brighton.

Poor performance & a poor result overall, we look so clueless going forward, major changes needed i think!!! :nonono:

Rafa is sh*t.
The team needs improvement, but not by Rafa. I understand you dont have quality players, but you should use the best players available to you.

I hear people keep talking about Rafa not trusting Mitro, why does he bring Shelvey back in ?

Mitro is miles ahead of Noselu, even if Mitro doesnt score, he brings energy and disrupts defences.
Playing Joselu everytime disqualifies Rafa.
Imagine Pardew doing this, folks would be screamin cockn*y mafia.

I totally agree about Joselu he's now taking the piss picking him every game he's crap. I cannot take any positives from this result. Brighton will be delighted to head off back to the South coast with a point. I think they will struggle as much as us. Watford and Stoke are getting sucked into the s*** as well. Come Monday evening we could easily be back in the bottom 3. Happy f***ing New Year not!
Hello hello we are the Geordie boys.

The negative attitude Rafa instills into the team is soul destroying.
Even late on today with a minute to go we were playing back to Darlow.
Horrible performance

Even if Joselu was a panic buy, doesnt justify using him always.
No one can honestly say Joselu does more than Mitro. He doesnt hold play, his passes are awful. He doesnt do ANYTHING right.

Stoke up next. They got an absolute thrashing today which probably means Hughes will be chinning player's before they meet us to get them motivated or he's lost the dressing room and we'll have a chance of a result.  What usually happens is we love to give struggling teams a present so we'll probably end up losing.
